Antoine Millot
Antoine Millot, 30 years old, is from France and has travelled quite a bit in the last few years. He has done a lot of internships abroad, in West Africa and Latin America. He has also worked for 6 years in Chennai and Coimbatore. He describes himself as a non-perfect man whose life reflects his individual choices and the way he’s been raised.
Giovanni Montali
Giovanni Montali was born in Italy and has worked in assembling and commissioning of textile machinery and also in foundry. Giovanni is also a chef! He currently lives in Thailand where he owns a restaurant and while he was in Italy he owned a restaurant there as well. He says that it's a passion of his family. He has lived in Coimbatore for almost 3 years and has also travelled to several parts of India. He considers Asia to be his second home.
Jenny Linden
Jenny was born in Switzerland to a German mother and an American father and brought up in Germany. She is a foreign language and foreign culture trainer taking courses for adults and also at public universities. She has travelled and lived in many countries like Jordan, India, Belgium and so on.
Maria Welborne
Maria Welborne, an accomplished corporate leader, is our mentor from the USA. Her 20-year career has included providing management consulting services, serving as an operational and business leader, working in engineering and production, and enjoying the educational field of job-readiness training. She is now self-employed as a management consultant. For more than 25 years, Maria has frequently volunteered with causes related to education, professional development and minority youth. She strongly believes in giving back and delivering excellence.
Merlin Simon
Fuelled by her passion and vision to make the world a better place, Merlin Simon, one of our finest mentors, will play a vital role in guiding the younger minds and helping them to find their path to success. She also happens to be JC’s first mentor! Merlin is someone who has experience in a variety of fields. She is an educator, linguist, entrepreneur, physiotherapist, project manager, cross-culture communication trainer, customer engagement and startup specialist with over 20 years of experience in industrial and non-profit sectors.
Boti Parfait
Mr. Parfait is from Ivory Coast (West Africa), more precisely from Beziaka in the sub-prefecture of Zuenoula. He spent most of his childhood in Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory Coast, and is currently a professor of French in a Pre University, a high school and an institute in Bangalore. Being an actor, a comedian and an artist, one can say he is a multi-talented person. Mr. Parfait is a very good advisor and a motivator for many people, always bringing a smile on the faces of those around him.
Vaishnevy Reddy
Vaishnevy Reddy is an internationally certified Life Coach for more than 3 years. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring young folks and adults alike.She is also an internationally certified Executive Coach and has worked with a couple of international platforms as a life coach and mentor. She is a passionate speaker, generous writer and an avid reader.
Virginie Bompoil
Virginie came to India with her husband in 2008 and after falling in love with the Indian culture, the colors and the people, they decided to leave France in 2013 and settle down in India. She worked for 12 years in Shipping and left it to learn Ayurvedic massages and Ayurvedic cooking in an Indian center in France. In 2018 she created a company with her husband called Vision Partagee Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Their company offers consultancy services, coaching and training, particularly in French Cuisine, to cafes, restaurants and individual people. She has a passion for cooking and for spices as well and provides training in Ayurvedic cooking in order to help expats discover Indian spices and how to use them.
Prabavaathy
Prabaavaty is a successful educator and entrepreneur. She is one of the directors of Ilanthallir kids zone preschool. Although she started her career as a software developer she realised her passion towards working with children only after the birth of her daughter. Along with her friends, she established a preschool and has been managing it for the past 8 years. She loves narrating stories and doing art and craftwork.

Chef Deva Kumar is the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Chennai and overlooks the kitchen operations in the hotel. With over 16 years of hospitality experience, he started his career with Oberoi Hotels and then later moved on to work with distinguished hotels such as The Park Bengaluru, Courtyard Marriott, Park Hyatt Chennai, JW Marriott Mumbai, Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park, Crowne Plaza City Centre Ahmedabad & Hyatt Place Gurgaon. Through his culinary journey, he has worked with numerous diverse chefs from around the world and has received eminent awards and quite a handful of accolades.

Chef Suresh Kaliaperumal has a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Kitchen Management. He has previously worked as a Cook, Chef and Manager in cruise lines, hotels, restaurants, cafes and is currently engaged in aged care.
Ameeta Agnihotri
Ameeta Agnihotri is a woman of substance. Some call her Diva Shakespeare, some call her down-to-earth. She is a dynamic food critic who has traveled far and wide and explored food culture across the globe. This author of over 10 books, spots trends and likes to be constantly up-to-date. She is knowledgeable, fun, gregarious, gracious and knows her food.
Priya Thirumurthi
Priya Thirumurthi is an organic farmer running Alankar Organic Farm in Pollachi, Coimbatore. She also runs a vegetarian restaurant called Sree Vidya Meals Room in Coimbatore that incorporates a farm to table concept. She is passionate about farming and cooking and is keen on training and spreading knowledge about both these areas. She is a naturalist too and looks to incorporate healthy and innovative ways of eating habits in day-to-day life.
Nandheetha Varadaraj
Nandheetha is a pastry chef and chocolatier by trade and is currently an educator at the prestigious Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts. Her journey from learning to creating pastries and desserts has taken her across various cities in India and a few years in Canada as well, but Coimbatore has always been home. Food and culture are so much a part of who we are, and that is what she loves about her profession. She is currently teaching various forms of pastries from cookies, cakes, chocolates, confections and breads to students of various ages and backgrounds. She believes that it is very rewarding to be able to connect with so many different people who are equally passionate about this field and to inspire others along their journey.
Kusum Gul
Kusum Gul started her career at the Taj Hotels as a professional trainer and is now a Diabetes and Nutrition Consultant as well as a Wellness Coach. She believes that being a role model as a teacher, educator and trainer is one of the best gifts you can give to mankind. As a value science, singing & art teacher, she values every lesson time with her students, bringing a change in their spiritual development and growth.

Dr. Shahana Parvin S., MBBS and DNB (Pediatrics & Neonatology) is a professional pediatrician. She is passionate about everything she puts her heart to and a real hard worker, always putting the needs of her patients at the forefront. She has finished her MBBS and specializes in the field of pediatrics.
The JC Life Skill Academy was founded on 10th August 2020, with the vision of lending a helping hand to those who are waiting to transform their lives.
